There is plenty of parking available and we will provide a code for discounted/free options.
The Convention Center is within the hotel and can be entered through the hotel’s port cochere and going down the left hallway. Or you can enter direclty from outside using the entrance on the left side of the roundabout.
Registration will be near the Grand Ballroom entrance, just inside the convention entrance. If entering from the hotel follow the the monitors and signange to the Grand Ballroom.

The Convention Center is part of Renaissance Tulsa. Additionally, there are many hotels within short distance of The Convention Center.

Two lunches & 2 dinners are included with VIP Admission. Numerous local eateries are available for those with General-Admission tickets.
Transportation
The Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center is about 10 miles from Tulsa International Airport (TUL).
There is not currently a shuttle offered by The Renaissance. If you stay elsewhere please check with your hotel when reserving.
