Exhibitors, Advertisers, Sponsors Information
If you have the message, we have the audience.

EXHIBITORS
are those with a product or service of special interest to Expo attendees who are advocates of individualism and natural health and are seeking educational materials, personal services, and products that enhance those interests.
Exhibitors receive a display table, typically 6 to 8-feet wide with a cover cloth and at least one chair. Banners and posters are not allowed on walls but may be suspended from framework provided by exhibitors. Electrical power is available but may require an additional charge by the exhibit hall. Facilities are typically safe overnight but display items should be placed in boxes under the tables whenever there is no one available to man the table. Neither the exhibit hall or Red Pill is responsible for losses, so items of great value should be removed overnight.
There are two options for Exhibitors: Primary and Featured.
Primary Exhibitors receive a display table, as stated previously. They also receive public recognition by having their logo displayed in the Exhibitors’ section at the bottom of the Expo website home page. Also, their logos will be included in the program booklet that is provided to physical attendees.
The cost for Primary Exhibitors is ($850 through May)
($950 through July 11) (Not available after July 11)
Featured Exhibitors receive all the benefits of Primary Exhibitors but they also receive three minutes on the main stage in the first session of the Expo to deliver an “Elevator Speech” in which they introduce themselves, explain the essence of what they are offering in the exhibit hall, and invite everyone to stop by for the deeper explanation. These can be very interesting especially if they include a personal element to the story. It’s also a good time to describe any gifts or special discounts that might be available. Three minutes is quite short, but it can be powerful if well prepared.
Featured Exhibitors’ cost is $1290 through May ($1390 through July 11) (Not available after July 11)

ADVERTISERS
are basically the same as Exhibitors except that they choose to present their message by video. This can be either in addition to or instead of being an Exhibitor depending on if their message requires physical interaction, such as a sample health treatment or massage. For books, courses, or items that can be described or demonstrated by video, this option is ideal. These videos appear on the main screen for those who physically attend the Expo, but the larger audience by far is on the livestream that reaches families in their homes literally around the world.
Our last event was livestreamed to our own subscribers and social-media followers and also was simulcast to numerous channels from speakers and media associates. Altogether, we reached over 300,000 Internet connections at the peak, and most of those had two or more viewers.
Our video ads are seen during all Expo interludes. They remain active during the replay that is streamed after the event. They also are included in the video albums sold at the conclusion of the event by the official Red Pill online bookstore, RealityZone.com. In short, advetisers with a product, service, or just a message to offer, will benefit from high visibility during the Expo and far into the future.
The videos are produced by professional teams under contract with us. Our advertising rates include that cost, but avertisers own all rights for future use. Vendors are free to use their own videos provided they meet our technical and content specifications and do not exceed three minutes. (90 seconds is the standard for those we produce although they may run a few seconds shorter or longer (usually longer) to simplify editing.) Our quoted rate is not altered by this option.
The next step is to complete our simple checklist to provide information about the message and style of production. When that is complete and all unique items have been sent to us (such as logos, images, and pre-existing video clips), production time is four days to one week.
The advertiser’s option is $750 through May
($850 through June) (Not available after June)
Don’t be fooled. These billboards are AI with our graphics added, but the idea is genuine. The signs at the event will, of course, be more modest.
SPONSORS
are those who wish to significantly support the Red-Pill project and also be highly visible during our event. There are two options for Sponsors: Event and Seminar.
Event Sponsors receive all the benefits offered to Featured Exhibitors and Advertisers combined plus the following:
- As space permits, every effort will be made to place the Sponsor’s banner stand or easel poster to be visible during stage presentations so they can be seen by the attending audience and live streamers as well. Banners, stands, posters, and easels to be provided by sponsors.
- Red Pill will showcase one ‘jumbo” sign or banner, created by each sponsor, that shows name, logo, and/or message. These will be placed by our team in the highest traffic areas possible. Size limitations will vary depending on the facility, so please check with our event coordinator for specifications.
- Upon request, sponsors can reserve a favorably located exhibit area. Reservations are on a first-request basis.
- Upon request, sponsors receive a larger area with two tables.
- Two complementary VIP tickets
- Ten General-Admission tickets for friends and business associates.
- Your supersize logo at the bottom of the website homepage.
- Your half-page ad in the program booklet for the event.
The Event Sponsor’s option is $5000 through May 31 ($7000 through June 30) (Not available after June 30)
Seminar Sponsors receive all the benefits offered to Event Sponsors, Featured Exhibitors, and Advertisers combined plus an upgrade to a full-page ad in the free booklet handed out at the event plus the following:
Meeting rooms are provided in the conference center (or the hotel associated with the center) in which to conduct seminars on the day following the event. These are not officially part of the Expo but are independent productions of the sponsors. We provide the venue and access to a huge potential audience, but it is up to the sponsors to motivate attendance. They do this through their own promotional channels and through Elevator Speeches and Video Advertising, which reach attendees and live streamers at the same time. Both of these promotional tools are included in the cost of sponsorship.
It is impossible to predict how many people will sign up for these seminars, but our experience has been that, if the topic is important, the message is well conceived, and attendance is free, physical-attendance may exceed meeting-room capacity and livestream attendance will be through the roof.
Livestreaming, however, is the responsibility of the Sponsors. Not all sponsors will be interested in that, especially if physical interaction with attendees is required. Another factor is that the huge audiences we have during the Expo are largely the result of simulcasting to video channels belonging to speakers, authors, podcasters, and social-media networks that volunteer to share our work. Our own channels of subscribers and social-media followers are large but not that large. At no additional cost, we are happy to simulcast these seminars to our own channels and up to five additional feeds provided by the sponsor, but, unless sponsors make similar arrangements with other channels, it likely will not match the audience size at the Expo.
A simpler approach is to retain a cameraman and soundman to record the seminar, upload it the next day to a video server like YouTube, (or to your website) and use your Elevator Speech and Video Advertisement to invite those who are unable to attend your physical seminar to watch it in their homes.
Seminars are limited to three hours and will be scheduled as morning or afternoon events with a lunch break between. Because many venues have movable walls and other options, customization is possible. Therefore, instead of trying to list all the variables here, we invite you to call our Event Coordinator, Carleen, so she can fit the venue to your specifications. Call 1-805-500-3976.
The Seminar Sponsor’s option is $15,000 through May ($18,000 through July 11) (Not available after July 11)

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE A SPONSOR, EXHIBITOR, ADVERTISER, OR SPEAKER?
Red Pill Expo does not censor information or opinion even if it is in opposition to the principles to which our movement is dedicated. That does not mean that everyone is entitled to be a sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, or speaker at our events. The Expo reserves the right to limit these influential positions to those who are not in conflict with The Creed of Freedom, who agree to our Rules of Conduct, who are professionally ethical, who respect the mores of the community, and who are not motivated to disrupt or discredit our events.
Applying this general rule to specific cases requires that we examine, not only the slogans and stated objectives of individuals or organizations, but their ideology and ethical standards as well. If the underlying ideology is any variant of collectivism, such as Socialism, Communism, Nazism, Fascism, or Technocracy, it would conflict with The Creed of Freedom. If its ethical standards embrace deception or hidden agendas, it would violate our Rules of Conduct and would not respect the ethical mores of the community. If an individual or organization advocates not just defensive but offensive force and violence in pursuit of its goals, it would be in violation of The Creed of Freedom and likely would cause confrontation and violence at our events.
For these reasons, individuals or groups that militantly support any variant of collectivism, serve hidden agendas, or advocate aggressive force and violence are not eligible to be speakers, exhibitors, advertisers or sponsors of Red Pill Expo.
OTHER LIMITATIONS
Participants in these categories are independent contractors and are not authorized to claim or imply that they are agents or business associates of the Expo or Red Pill University. Exhibitors, Advertisers, and Sponsors are not automatically included as speakers in the main program except for elevator speeches that are a benefit of being a Featured Exhibitor or a Sponsor. However those with a message with strong red-pill content will be favorably considered. All returning speakers must have new topics.
