Exhibitor Information
Preparing for the Expo

- BOOTH SIZE: Approximately 8′ or 10′ (length, not square) exhibit space depending on final booth count
- Booth includes: 6-8′ table, tablecloth, chairs, waste removal (no curtains, drapes or frames)
- ADMISSION: one free General-Admission ticket (can be upgraded to VIP by paying the difference), $100 credit toward a General-Admission or VIP ticket for each of up to 3 additional people connected to your exhibit. These credits are reflected in the prices shown on the Exhibitor Registration Page. No other discounts can be applied.
- ADVERTISING:
1) The projection of one image (provided by exhibitor) on the main screen during interludes, must be emailed at least TWO weeks prior to expo: [email protected].
2) Logo to be placed on the website and in the program booklet. Please send as soon as possible, no less than 1 week before expo, for placement on the website before expo. Any logos submitted less than 1 week prior may not be posted until after the expo, but will remain up until the next expo. Logos must be submitted no less than 2 weeks prior to expo to be included in the program booklet. - ELECTRICAL: Service is available at $100 for each outlet. If you need this service and did not choose it during the order process send an email to [email protected]. Payment must be received at least 1 week prior to expo.

- Materials: Shipping details TBA.
- RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF LOGOS: The names and logos of Freedom Force and Red Pill may be used for symbolic reinforcement at official functions and on official materials. They may not be used on personal letterheads or business cards.
- MEMBERS DO NOT REPRESENT THE COALITION: We are proud of our membership and should let others know of our affiliation whenever appropriate. In doing so, however, members must not create the impression that they officially represent the organization. That responsibility belongs to those who have graduated from the Freedom Academy, carry the title of Guardian, and are commissioned as Ambassadors.

- BUSINESS IS NOT OUR BUSINESS: We are delighted when coalition members who are exhibitors or sponsors offer to help us promote our Expos at events produced by others, but the extent of such promotion must be limited solely to the free distribution of our literature. Signage or text content must avoid any inference that the coalition member is an agent or a partner or acting on behalf of RPE or RPU. The suggested signage is:

- BRAND-NAME REPRESENTATION:
- We are advocates of the free market in which open and fair competition benefits consumers with the highest quality products and services at the lowest possible prices. Therefore, we do not prohibit exhibitors from offering similar products or services from competing brands or even multiple vendors of the same brand. All we require is that signage and literature must not include anything that implies an official connection to the brand that is not authentic and everyone must follow the Code of Conduct.
Arriving at the Expo
SET UP: Friday, 5:00pm – 8:00pm (time zone of event)
- Please report to Pre-Registration Desk to get your Badges before proceeding to your booth.
- There will be placards on the tables with Exhibitor names. Booths are assigned, please do not move placards.
- Further directions will be sent via email.
After the Expo
TEAR DOWN: Sunday, 7pm – 9pm (time zone of event)
- Please plan to have all of your area clean and materials removed prior to 9pm.
- Exit form link will be sent via email shortly after the event.
