Exhibitor Information

Preparing for the Expo

  • Booth size: Approximately 8′ or 10′ exhibit space depending on final booth count
  • Booth includes: 6-8′ table, tablecloth, chairs, waste removal (no curtains, drapes or frames)
  • Admission: one free General-Admission ticket (can be upgraded to VIP by paying the difference), $100 credit toward a General-Admission or VIP ticket for each of up to 3 additional people connected to your exhibit. These credits are reflected in the prices shown on the Exhibitor Registration Page. No other discounts can be applied.
  • Advertising:
    1) The projection of one image (provided by exhibitor) on the main screen during interludes, must be emailed at least TWO weeks prior to expo: [email protected].
    2) Logo to be placed on the website and in the program booklet. Please send as soon as possible, no less than 1 week before expo, for placement on the website before expo. Any logos submitted less than 1 week prior may not be posted until after the expo, but will remain up until the next expo. Logos must be submitted no less than 2 weeks prior to expo to be included in the program booklet. 
  • Electrical: Service is available at $100 for each outlet. If you need this service  and did not choose it during the order process send an email to [email protected]. Payment must be received at least 1 week prior to expo.
  • If you would like hardwired internet or a phone line please email [email protected] at least 3 weeks prior to Expo.
  • Materials: Shipping details TBA.

Arriving at the Expo

Set Up: Friday, 5:00pm – 8:00pm (time zone of event)

  • Please report to Pre-Registration Desk to get your Badges before proceeding to your booth.
  • There will be placards on the tables with Exhibitor names. Booths are assigned, please do not move placards.
  • Further directions will be sent via email.

    After the Expo

    Tear down: Sunday, 7pm – 9pm (time zone of event)

    • Please plan to have all of your area clean and materials removed prior to 9pm.
    • Exit form link will be sent via email shortly after the event.
