I’m reminded of the rumored response given by the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Japanese Forces during his surrender to General Douglas MacArthur when asked what deterred Japan from continuing on from Pearl Harbor to attack the US mainland… “Because behind every blade of grass there is a rifle”. I’m also reminded of an explanation Jesus gave to His disciples… “No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.” (Mark 3:27). Consider: Why would “School Bully Butch” avoid picking on little Johnny? Because little Johnny has big a brother who will protect him and Bully Butch is in his core a coward and only dares to attack those without defense.
The speech Mr Robinson gave was filled with truth and solid logic. The “majority” of citizens are indeed generally law abiding. Only emotionally deranged people, those with hidden agendas and idiots will oppose those choosing to be prepared to defend their person, their homes, their families, their possessions and even those who cannot or will not defend themselves. It’s not just “gun rights” that need protection, but wisdom and sound thinking does too. Lessons are learned, insight gained and opinions change when someone becomes the victim. Forethought and preparation are far better. To the anti-gun and anti-preparedness advocate Iet us say “we will protect you too because it’s the responsible, loving and caring thing to do- now aren’t you glad you have a big brother?”

This is where it is important to know what our government is, a constitutional republic. The US Constitution is the supreme law of this land, but it is much more then that, it is the supreme CONTRACT for ALL who serve within our governments, state, and federal. It addresses the American people and their weapons, and it does NOT give the governments any authority over them. BTW, the 2nd Amendment does refer to weapons of war from the words of our framers and founders.

They use lies and deceit to control the populace. What happened to law abiding Australians when our Prime Minister introduced laws to take away and discourage firearm ownership didn’t reduce the violent crime rate, criminals were still armed but more confident that they now have control. What’s wrong with cop’s brains? part 4
Every day the cops are inciting more average people to become protestors. They are not doing this through any extra special malice. They are doing this through ignorance. It just comes naturally to them via the privilege bestowed upon them. The uniform makes them feel special and above the law. It separates them from us unwashed masses that can’t seem to stop touching the white lines on the road. They look for reasons to prove you are a criminal and become indignant when you question their judgment. I AM the law!
Point out the way they drive and see if they give themselves a ticket. They are masters of rationalization. “I have to drive oppressively.” “I risk my life for you every day and you are complaining about it?” Cops also like to exaggerate. They also hate body cams. They hate being judged by objective standards.
Has anyone ever tried to register a complaint against a cop that has overstepped his authority? Try it sometime. You will see just how futile it is to even get your hands on the paperwork to start the process. The system protects them. They cover-up for each other. This is also a huge part of the problem. Your body’s immune system has a shut-off mechanism so that autoimmune disease do not occur (in most of us). Our police system does not have this balance.
If even just one cop decides he does not like you he has the power and authority to make your life hell and no one will stop him until one of you dies from lead poisoning. This is the change that is long overdue. Someone (one of our so-called leaders) needs to start by getting the cops to understand they are public servants not public persecutors. They need to memorize their job description and oath. This will not stop until we have just as much power to prosecute them as they have over us. It is called checks and balances. We have it everywhere else except with cops, judges, and lawyers (the immune system of America). Why? This is why we have no justice. We have looked the other way too long. We must be able to discipline the discipliners because they will not discipline themselves. It is only getting worse. They know we are watching and they still won’t stop abusing their unchecked power. They are drunk with it.
If you need real-time proof that any of this is true here is a bit of advice for the next time you are pulled over for something stupid. Ask the cop to recite the oath he took. See how long it takes before he charges you with resisting arrest.
Your lack of respect supersedes your ignorance. Just try to place yourself in their shoes when somebody is holding a gun to their wife, child, girlfriend’s head threatening to kill them. Just try to put yourself in their shoes when somebody points a gun, even a taser gun at them. Just try to put yourself in their shoes when a drunk is swerving all over the road, speeding and disregarding the lives of innocent people. Just try to put yourself in their shoes when they are holding gun, knife, pipe or other weapons to harm an innocent person. You haven’t got the guts! They are there to protect the innocent, not the law breaking, disrespectful criminals.
